Purchasing our park home guarantees you a beautifully well-crafted home, and our promise to look after it for the first 12 months from purchase.

During the first year, your new home will be fully covered by our warranty terms and conditions against any defects that were caused during the construction process of your home. Our warranty covers the whole structure of the home, every part, component, fixture and fitting. We just ask that you report any minor cosmetic damage such as marks, scratches or chips within the first 7 days of siting. Please note we are not responsible for defects caused by transport or the siting process

All of our homes built for residential/ leisure parks are built to comply with BS3632, this is the residential standard

To give you further peace of mind, we offer a Gold Shield Ten Year Warranty Scheme on all homes built to BS3632 and located on a Gold shield qualifying park. Gold Shield provides your home with protection for 10 years against any major inherent defects in the structure of your home.

Can I put a park home or lodge on my own land? You will need to get permission to site a mobile home from your Local Authority. We can supply you with a floor plan and elevation for your home which the Local Authority will need in order to consider your application. The best initial course of action would be for you to have an informal conversation with a planning officer at your Local Authority who will indicate if permission is likely to be granted. If the planning officer has specific requirements we can help incorporate these into the design of your home.
