- 5 x 4meters with 600mm canopy and side wall, 2.5meter roof height.
- Foundation, concrete piles with treated timber supports.
- Construction,200 x 50mm base and roof timbers, 150 x 50mm stud work,
- Insulation, floor 100 celotex, walls and roof 100mm RWA45 acoustic Rockwool and 50mm celotex.
- Internal, Acoustic plasterboard, plaster skim, 120mm square edge skirtings.
- Glazing, 1400mm French doors, full height 600mm window, black on white.
- Electrical, 2 way consumer unit, 20x double sockets, wifi controlled internal and external lighting.

Our usual working area is generally a 25 mile radius of PE1 but this can be flexible.

Installation
For installation, everything is bespoke designed and built. This enables us to work around any access. We have materials that could even be carried through the house if there was no rear garden access.
Time scales for installation are from 2 weeks upward depending on size and specification.
