The Arundel Includes:
- Firestone EPDM roofing
- Exterior clad – choice of select colours available
- Interior flooring – choice of industrial carpet or laminate
- 1st & 2nd fix electrical work with full electrical certification
- 2 x interior double sockets
- 2 x interior double USB sockets
- 4 x interior Up/Down Lights
- 2 x exterior Up/Down Lights
- 1 set of French doors
- 2 x full length windows
- Interior of the garden room is plaster boarded and plastered
- Ground screw foundation
Planning
Planning permission is not normally required as our garden buildings fall under permitted development (built under 2.5m high externally). Most houses, even in conservation areas and areas of outstanding natural beauty, have permitted development rights.
If you plan to use the garden as living space then you will need planning permission. But don’t worry though, as planning is a relatively simple process for our garden rooms and Super Spaces will be on-hand to help with this process.
Delivery
Where do you deliver? Our location in Hailsham means we can supply and install our garden rooms to a multitude of areas throughout Sussex and Kent including the following regions: Brighton and Hove, Eastbourne, Worthing. Hastings & St Leonard’s, Crawley, Haywards Heath, Maidstone, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Ashford, Rye, Uckfield, Horsham to name a few.
Delivery is FREE within 40 miles of our showroom in Hailsham.
If you are outside of our allocated 40 mile range, then Super Spaces will be able to quote for delivery depending on where you are located.
Installation
Our garden room buildings take around 1–5 days to install on your property. Installation slots are available all-year-round.
As standard we do not offer groundwork’s as this is not always required.
