One of our newest ventures here at Pathfinder Homes, are Garden Pods. Garden Pods are designed with the aim of creating a space, usually within a residential garden or piece of land, that can be used for a variety of uses and created based on a customer’s personal requirements.
The pandemic has changed a lot and resulted in flexible living becoming more important, which means that homes have had to adapt to being able to provide a place to work, relax and also socialise.
Built Especially For You
Starting from a modest price of £15,000 (excluding VAT), our garden pods are designed and built with each individual customers wants and needs in mind. Whether you’re looking for an extra bedroom, somewhere to study or even just a space where you can get away and have some ‘me time’, the garden pod is the perfect solution. We have designed the pods to make them completely flat packable, which means no matter how small your garden, or narrow your drive, getting one in will be easy, and moving it to a different location is no problem as well.
At Pathfinder homes, we pride ourselves on our ability to create bespoke & unique homes. This is no different when it comes to our garden pods as well, as we want to be able to give our customers something unique to suit their lifestyles.

Planning
We offer a free planning service, where we will evaluate you, individual case. You may need to apply for planning but due to coming under the caravan act and being a temporary structure, this is easy to attain. It is most likely a letter of consent from a local authority will suffice.
Delivery
Please note Pathfinder Park Homes Ltd are a manufacturer we do not transport units. The Garden Pod must be paid for before delivery and the transportation must be quoted and paid for separately and directly with the transport company.
We have a recommended transportation supplier list, which we will be happy to give you. You can book in site visits prior to siting, transportation and siting services.
Installation
Our Garden Pods are built on chassis with the appropriate access will be wheeled into position onto a concrete base pad. Groundworks and services need to be arranged and completed before installation, Pathfinder Park Homes Ltd do not carry these out ourselves. Any home sited on any surface other than sufficient concrete will void all warranties.
Our Garden Pods are transported whole, the finishing team will sort the internals and externals such as guttering, roofing, flooring and internal strips. All property will need to be certificated by external electricians, plumbers and gas safe engineers (where relevant).
Access Requirements
We recommend a site visit by a transportation company prior to the order being placed to ensure the home can be easily installed and sited.
