Pod is our smallest premium home working solution. Designed for up to 2 people to work from home. Shown with fitted bespoke shelving or supplied as standard without.
Using our unique custom built wall panels and the best materials on the market we are able to offer unrivalled performance even in this space saving option. Blending mineral wool insulation with multifoil and air tight construction methods means our buildings are protected against every type of heat transmission into or out of the building. Meaning better air quality via a mini mechanical heat recovery ventilation unit as well as drastically reduced heating requirements, not as an up sale but always as standard. This also means we are able to offer a 10 year guarantee with all of our installs to give you that professional backing and peace of mind.

Specification
Pod has a uniquely shaped award winning aluminium door & side light to the front, a continuous bespoke aluminium trim profiling that runs around the building and a stylish modern premium vertical Cedar batten cladding that wraps the building. As well as maintenance free cladding to its horizontal side giving a beautiful contrast. Both cladding materials as well as our industry leading EPDM roof covering are maintenance free.
The room is expertly finished internally with ClicWall panels, these are available in a range of colours.
An ultra slim profile LED light fitting to the centre of the room offers office grade lighting. With 4 double sockets positioned where you would like.
Base installation is included via our FIRST BASE ground screw technology.
The Office Pod can be installed in as little as 1 day if delivered to a new build site and our crane access is available, or only 3–4 days for standard applications.

Planning
The Cedar Pod thankfully meets the domestic permitted development rights, which means it does not require planning permission.
However it is always best to double check with your local planning authority if you are in doubt.
Delivery
Delivery within 100 miles of the factory - EX5 1EW - is included AS STANDARD (for free).
We can also deliver nationally as well so please get in touch for a delivery quote.

Access Requirements
As the Pod is installed using modular construction, it can be transported in smaller pieces, therefore there is unlikely to be any access barriers.
