Method of Construction: Our methods of construction for all our Magic-Garden rooms is primarily Light Gauge Steel. Widely used in the construction industry for blocks of apartments due to its strength, accuracies and speed of construction we deploy the same techniques for our garden rooms. Quality assured and warrantied for 10 years our Magic-Garden rooms can be completed from date of order within four weeks.
To minimise disruption and reduce mess on site our preferred method for foundations are ground screw piles. Screw piles reduce the time it takes to make the foundations from several days with concrete to less than one day.

Planning
Do I Need Planning Permission? In many cases, your garden room is built within ‘Permitted Development Rights’. This is a collection of allowable developments that you can build onto, or in the gardens of your property. We will happily discuss these issues with you.

Foundations (Ground Screws): The ground screw works in the same way as a concrete block: it can withstand heavy loads and supports many different attachments such as joists, pipes, posts and beams. Our ground screws are available in several different models to fit all kinds of projects and terrain or soil types. We can place the screws precisely according to your instructions and then you can start building immediately! There is no time lost to wet concrete!
