Exterior cladding: Maintenance free Eurocell coastline available in 6 colours Anthracite Grey, Pigeon Blue, Moondust Grey, Taupe, Soft Green and Oyster or Hyperion “stone” composite cladding.
Flat Roof: Rafters 200mm x 47mm with 10mm per meter of fall (maximum of 50mm) covered with Firestone EDPM rubber roofing with guttering. 100mm Rock wool roof insulation. 250mm fascia board.
Interior: plaster boarded with 12.5mm sound insulating plater board and professionally plastered.
Walls & Ceilings are finished in stain resistant white ‘Tirkkurilla Optivia’ semi-matt 20 diamond eggshell.
Skirting boards & architraves are MDF finished in white Tikkurilla Everal Aqua semi-matt 10 eggshell.
