Specification:

• 1x new 20ft x 8ft Container (colour code green RAL 6007, it can be painted another colour)
• 1x set upvc french doors plus 2 x fixed windows either side with small tov in the middle one 20ft side
• Interior 9mm ply lined + insulated with 50mm rockwool
• 4 x double sockets with consumer unit and commando socket external isolator (lights and heater can be added)

Timber cladding is extra and delivery cost may vary depending on the distance, please ask us for a quote.

In the UK, container conversions often do not require planning permission as they are not considered to be permanent. You should however be aware that the rules vary in different parts of the country. For instance, Listed Buildings and National Parks often require planning permission, regardless of the type of building, the structure, or the intended use. Delivery and Offloading cost (completed by lorry and lorry mounted crane) included in the price for most of the North West, the Midlands and the Home Counties. Please contact us for a delivery quote if you are outside these areas. We can delivery all over the UK but the prices will vary depending on your location.

The basic unit (pre-fabricated container / frame) comes already constructed and just needs a plot to place it on. External painting and most internal partitioning and insulation can also be done prior to delivery whilst final internal fittings and external cladding work is normally completed on site. The Container Conversion is delivered pre fabricated, and so requires offloading from a lorry mounted crane. Suitable access is needed for the lorry to get next to the site where the office is needed. The lorry needs to be able to drive up to be parallel with the final location so the container can be lifted into place with lorry mounted crane. The lorry is approx 35ft long and 10ft wide.
