Dryspace Spaces offer a fully configurable and modular semi-permanent maintenance-free space. Each space comes with a 10-year structural warranty to provide customers with peace of mind. Fabricated using carefully sourced and tested materials, a Dryspace Space has a projected life expectancy of more than 35 years.
Although available in several popular sizes (from 3m–8m x 3m inclusive and 8m x 4m), these innovative structures can still be designed and configured completely bespoke. Produced to match the most exacting requirements or uses. Optional extras like electric shutters can offer added security, with variations to colour, glazing and additional doorways also incorporated to deliver a truly unique space.
Manufactured in the UK, Dryspace Spaces are available to purchase, lease or rent with (up to) five years finance available. By keeping operations here in the UK, this helps to ensure that even under the current circumstances, domestic orders are usually delivered within a four to six week period.

Generally, and to ensure the efficiency of service, structures are fabricated off-site and supplied with all required service connections ready but in the event of restricted access, an on-site build service can also be provided.

Spaces are building regulations and planning permission compliant, ensuring that unexpected complications are reduced and should you ever want to change the location of the structure, they can easily be relocated due to their compact and self contained nature.

As mentioned in the 'Access required' tab, structures are generally fabricated off site and therefore require access by a Hiab Lorry (or trailer pictured in the last photo) to place it in your desired location. This means the space can be installed quickly and easily and avoid any on site building.
