The B&B Herdsman Fully Fitted

Our huts are all fully insulated with maintenance-free oak cladding used to give a rustic effect, we can also offer wriggly tin for that more authentic Shepherd hut look.

Our Herdsmen B&B model include:

• A spacious shower room – including a vanity sink, a lavatory and a walk-in shower
• A fully functional kitchenette (including sink, fridge, microwave and hob with cupboard storage and LPG gas boiler which will provide hot water on tap
• Enclosed bedroom with double size bed

The huts are perfect for glamping with modern luxuries and all the essentials. Solid oak steps provided with the hut ensure that they are accessible to all.

Other available optional features include:

• A stylish oak worktop (this comes with an extension to cover the sink, allowing you to maximise surface space)
• Living furniture – this includes a fold away table, chairs and a built in bench with additional storage space underneath
• A traditional log burner - great for those chillier nights to keep you warm, and it also helps the room feel cosy and homely!
• A small electric heated towel rail in the shower room.
• Full length fitted wardrobe
• 24” smart TV and ariel
• Handmade double-glazed hardwood windows - a popular choice because of its beautiful appearance and insulating properties
• French double doors or single door
• Fitted exterior lights – ideal for evening barbeques
• Bunk beds (Family versions, office with fold up bed and pull out tables)
• Underfloor heating

Our huts can serve many functions. The basic hut can provide extra space, has a significant lifespan, and is comfortable all year round. Book a design consultation to explore the potential for your hut.

Services required to run the huts are:

• Electricity by way of a 32amp glamping socket under the hut
• Water connected via a 22mm copper pipe situated under the hut below the kitchen sink
• Waste connected via a 4” soil pipe to either mains waste or sceptic tank.
• LPG gas to run the hot water supply (this can be converted to electricity)

If the hut is to be used for personal use then no planning is required, however if the hut is to be used as a business then planning or planning exemption would need to be in place.
